Your Tropicana campsite presents the 3 best hiking trails in Vendée , by bike!

Vendée cornice at 5 Pineaux beach

The first cycling circuit we want to talk about is the one that connects the Vendée Corniche to the 5 Pineaux beach. A fairly long 39 km round trip, which can take up to 4 hours of your time.

If it is preferable to be in good physical condition to face it, this circuit has it all! A drop of 130 meters for sports bike enthusiasts, and above all breathtaking landscapes.

You walk along the Vendée coast and soak up the spirit of tranquility that reigns on the cycle paths that border Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Take the time to savor the fresh air and the sea spray that reaches you from the ocean , and observe the flora and fauna that spread around you.

It is impossible to get tired of these typical landscapes of the Vendée, which can change from one kilometer to the next but which never lose their enchantment over the course of your walk.

Noirmoutier bridge to Noirmoutier island

If you want a longer and yet faster walk, the circuit between the Noirmoutier bridge and the island of Noirmoutier is a must. More than 43 kilometers round trip, which allow you to taste the natural beauties of the island of Noirmoutier.

In a perfectly authentic decor, you will taste the serenity by letting yourself be lulled by the sound of your pedals. The latter blends perfectly with the surf of the waves which never ceases to reach your ears.

Cross the bridge and savor a few timeless moments, during which it is only you and the sea . The bicycle is undeniably the best means of transport to fully enjoy the Vendée nature, without getting bored for a single moment.

The island of Noirmoutier is one of the beauties that we want to savor and explore on a daily basis. Take the time (around 3 hours) to soak up this extraordinary atmosphere . An unforgettable memory for your vacation!

The 5 Pineaux beach

And because your Tropicana campsite knows that you have to think of young and old, big sportsmen and the more peaceful, here is also a very pleasant and much more accessible course. With just 26 km round trip, you can complete a cycling tour in less than 2 hours.

And above all, the whole is completely flat and on a perfectly passable road. You thus enjoy a landscape that you savor at every moment, on an impeccable road that gives you the feeling of sliding in all serenity. A perfect course for the whole family and in all weather conditions!
